How to earn Miles with Uber?

Make sure you have Flying Blue and Uber accounts

To earn Miles with Uber, you must be a member of our loyalty program and have an Uber account.

Link your Flying Blue and Uber accounts

Miles earned with Uber are then credited directly to your Flying Blue account.

Book an eligible Uber ride

You can earn Miles on every euro spent on eligible rides in France and the Netherlands.

Miles credited

Miles can be credited to only one loyalty program at a time. You must select the Flying Blue loyalty program before booking your ride in France or the Netherlands.

  • Go to “Settings” under “Account”
  • Scroll to the “Rewards” section
  • Choose “Flying Blue” and click on “Link account”

Once you link your accounts, you will automatically earn Miles for eligible Uber rides if you select Flying Blue as your partner program before booking a ride.

How many Miles will you earn?

  • You earn 1 Mile per euro spent on your Premium rides (UberX Priority, Uber Berline/Black, Uber Comfort, Uber Taxi and Uber Van) and on all rides booked through Uber Reserve (excluding Uber Central).
  • After 4 Uber rides in a month, you earn 2 Miles per euro spent starting with your 5th ride that same month and for the next 3 months.

Example: 4 rides taken in July allow you to earn 2 Mile for every euro spent on all additional rides taken in July, August, September, and October. 

Welcome bonus

Earn 500 bonus Miles on your first eligible ride after creating your Uber account. This bonus is awarded once per Flying Blue member, on their first ride as a new Uber user.

You can earn Miles only on eligible Uber rides taken in France or the Netherlands.

You can earn 1 Mile for every euro spent on eligible Uber rides. After taking 4 Uber rides in a month, you will earn 2 Miles per euro spent starting with your 5th ride that same month and for the next 3 months.

Here is an example. If you take 4 Uber rides during the month of July, you will earn 2 Miles for every euro spent on all other eligible rides taken in July, August, September, and October.

Make sure Flying Blue is selected as your loyalty programme before booking your Uber ride. Miles can be credited to only one loyalty program at a time.

Your Miles will appear within 48 hours of booking or taking a ride.

You earn 1 Mile per euro spent on your Premium rides (UberX Priority, Uber Berline/Black, Uber Comfort, Uber Taxi and Uber Van) and on all rides booked through Uber Reserve (excluding Uber Central).

If your Uber and Flying Blue accounts are linked and your Miles do not appear within 48 hours, complete the requested information on the Uber page.
