Solidarity tax refund Air France is refunding customers for the early collection of the increased Solidarity Tax on Airline Tickets (TSBA) for eligible flights.
Your baggage did not arrive at the same time as you? You should report any baggage-related issues within 48 hours of your arrival. After reporting your delayed baggage, we will send you a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) and a baggage file reference number so you can track your claim.
Would you like to submit a claim about your trip? You can:
