Your baggage did not arrive at the same time as you? You should report any baggage-related issues within 48 hours of your arrival. After reporting your delayed baggage, we will send you a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) and a baggage file reference number so you can track your claim.
Would you like to submit a claim about your trip? You can:
- Request compensation for a flight irregularity (cancelation or delay, boarding issue, downgrade) if you are eligible per the European regulation n°261/2004.
