For any request concerning a problem when subscribing or using your pass, you can join us by phone at +33 (0)9 69 39 10 30 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
For sales completed at a travel agency, the holder can submit a claim by contacting the agency which sold the card.
