If you have taken a flight to or from the United States, you can submit a claim directly to the U.S. Department of Transportation:

For any request concerning a problem when subscribing or using your pass, you can join us by phone at +33 (0)9 69 39 10 30 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

For all comments and suggestions on the Youth, Senior, Weekend or Discount Pass products, the holder can file a claim by completing this form.

For sales completed at a travel agency, the holder can submit a claim by contacting the agency which sold the card.

If you submitted a claim to our customer service department and you are unsatisfied with our response, you can contact for free the Tourism and Travel Mediation Office. You can find its contact details and referral requirements at www.mtv.travel.
