General Terms and Conditions for AIR FRANCE KLM – AMERICAN EXPRESS Personal Cards

1. Welcome offers reserved for adults only becoming holders of an AIR FRANCE KLM - AMERICAN EXPRESS Card for the first time. 

2. Offer valid for a Card application accepted by American Express from February 1^st 2025 until April 30^th 2025 included (subject to extension or modification). Offer reserved to people becoming holders of an AIR FRANCE KLM - AMERICAN EXPRESS Card for the first time only, subject to acceptance of your file by American Express Carte-France.

A bonus of 3,000 welcome Miles will be credited on your Flying Blue account (within an average period of 8 weeks) after spending a minimum of €500 during the first 3 months after your Card acceptance – in one or several transactions.

This offer is valid subject to being a holder of the AIR FRANCE KLM - AMERICAN EXPRESS SILVER Card for at least 6 months. Welcome offer valid for your online spending and at all merchants accepting the AMERICAN EXPRESS Card. If a merchant does not invoice you during this period, the transaction made with this merchant may not be eligible for the offer.

The following operations are not eligible: contribution fees, money withdrawals, currency purchases, transactions carried out at ATMs, rejection fees and late payment compensation. Welcome Miles may be withdrawn by American Express if eligible transactions are subsequently canceled or refunded. Please note that the average processing time for completed card application files is around 5 to 7 working days (information given for information only and not contractually). Offer non-transferable, non-refundable in cash or any other means of payment. The transfer of Miles to your Flying Blue account takes place once a month and can take place up to 8 weeks after the first expense.

3. Offer reserved for first-time AMERICAN EXPRESS Cardholders, subject to acceptance of your application by AMERICAN EXPRESS Carte-France. This voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase of your Card, on all Air France or KLM flights, and for a minimum amount of €100, excluding service charges, taxes, and surcharges, which are payable by you. This voucher is valid only once and is non-transferable, non-retroactive, and non-refundable. You can use this offer at your Air France agency, your travel agency (upon presentation of the coupon), or on the websitewww.airfrance.com. You will receive the voucher within 1 to 4 weeks of receiving your Card. 4. Pay for Air France and KLM flights in 3 successive monthly installments of the same amount without any additional costs. Applicable for purchases of €50 or more, purchased through Air France, KLM and Transavia or travel agencies (subject to conditions). To stagger the payment of your Air France, KLM and Transavia plane ticket paid for with your AIR FRANCE KLM - AMERICAN EXPRESS Card, this expense must be invoiced to your Card account (approximately 48 hours after your purchase). In the event of reimbursement by the airline, it is not possible to modify or stop the staggering program in progress. Option only available from your American Express customer area. Excluding American Express® app. To benefit from this option, remember to pay for your Air France, KLM and Transavia plane tickets with your AIR FRANCE KLM - AMERICAN EXPRESS Card up to 72 hours before your account statement date.

5. The extension of Miles held on the Flying Blue account is effective when the transfer of Miles earned through expenses made with the AIR FRANCE KLM - AMERICAN EXPRESS Card is made. This transfer takes place once a month and can take place up to 6 weeks after the first expense. For Elite Flying Blue members (silver, gold or platinum), Miles always have an unlimited validity period, as long as the member maintains this status.

6. This XP bonus will be credited to your Flying Blue account within 3 weeks of receiving your new AIR FRANCE KLM - AMERICAN EXPRESS Card, and every year thereafter on the anniversary date of your Card. This bonus is valid provided you have been an AIR FRANCE KLM - AMERICAN EXPRESS Cardholder for at least 6 months and is granted to Cardholders subscribing to an AIR FRANCE KLM - AMERICAN EXPRESS Card for the first time.

9. Offer valid only for payments made on WiFi services on board AIR FRANCE aircraft. The re-credit is valid up to a maximum credit of €75 per year/Card. This benefit is renewed every year on January 1^st and the €75 counter is reset to zero. Offer valid only for the purchase of AIR FRANCE CONNECT WiFi passes onboard aircraft equipped with them. This offer applies only to AIR FRANCE KLM - AMERICAN EXPRESS PLATINUM Cardholders issued in France and is only valid for purchases made in euros (EUR) with the eligible and registered Card. Offer not valid for purchases made through payment intermediaries. Offer is non-transferable, non-refundable in cash, or any other means of payment. Credit to the Card account is generally made within 5 business days after the eligible transaction is completed. The credit may be withdrawn by American Express if the eligible transaction is subsequently canceled or refunded. In some cases, this may take up to 90 days after the offer expires. If your Card is replaced with a change in your Card number, your participation in the offer will be canceled and your new Card number will be automatically entered. American Express reserves the right to suspend or discontinue this benefit if fraud, misuse, technical problems, or similar factors beyond our control impair the integrity or proper functioning of this benefit which could result in any loss or damage to American Express. We will endeavor to notify you within a reasonable time of any such incident and will take such steps as are necessary to ensure that you are not unfairly impacted if the incident is due to something that American Express has done or should have done. American Express reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend your participation in the event of suspected fraud, misuse, or breach of the terms and conditions of this benefit. This offer is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

10. As part of your AIR FRANCE KLM - AMERICAN EXPRESS Card referral, subject to acceptance of your referral by American Express Carte - France. You will receive a bonus of Miles for each approved referral. Your Miles will be credited within one month of your referral's Card acceptance. You can receive a maximum of 300,000 bonus Miles per calendar year.

 11.  Offer valid for all AIR FRANCE KLM - AMERICAN EXPRESS Card applications accepted from February 1^st 2025 until April 30^th 2025 included (subject to extension or modification) and for people becoming AIR FRANCE KLM - AMERICAN EXPRESS Cardholders for the 1st time only, subject to acceptance of your application by American Express Carte-France. You will receive a welcome bonus of 10,000 Flying Blue Miles on your Flying Blue account (within an average of 8 weeks) after spending a minimum of €1,000 during the first 3 months and a second bonus of 10,000 Flying  lue Miles after spending a minimum of €8,000 during the first 6 months (depending on the acceptance of your Card, in one or more transactions). This offer is valid provided you have held the AIR FRANCE KLM - AMERICAN EXPRESS GOLD Card for at least 6 months. This welcome offer is valid for your online spending and at all merchants accepting the AMERICAN EXPRESS Card. If a merchant does not bill you during this period, the transaction made with this merchant may be ineligible for the offer.

The following transactions are not eligible: membership fees, cash withdrawals, foreign currency purchases, ATM transactions, rejection fees and late fees. Flying Blue Welcome Miles may be withdrawn by American Express if eligible transactions are cancelled or reimbursed by American Express. Offer non-transferable, non-refundable in cash or by any other means. Flying Blue Miles are transferred to your Flying Blue account once a month, up to 8 weeks after the 1st expense.

12. Offer valid for all AIR FRANCE KLM - AMERICAN EXPRESS Card applications accepted from February 1^st 2025 until April 30^th 2025 included (subject to extension or modification) and for people becoming AIR FRANCE KLM - AMERICAN EXPRESS Cardholders for the 1st time only, subject to acceptance of your application by American Express Carte-France. You will receive a welcome bonus of 20,000 Flying Blue Miles on your Flying Blue account (within an average of 8 weeks) after spending a minimum of €2,000 during the first 3 months and a second bonus of 20,000 Flying Blue Miles after spending a minimum of €10,000 during the first 6 months (depending on the acceptance of your Card, in one or more transactions). This offer is valid provided you have held the AIR FRANCE KLM - AMERICAN EXPRESS PLATINUM Card for at least 6 months. This welcome offer is valid for your online spending and at all merchants accepting the AMERICAN EXPRESS Card.
