General Terms and Conditions for AIR FRANCE KLM – AMERICAN EXPRESS Personal Cards

1. Welcome offers reserved for adults only becoming holders of an AIR FRANCE KLM — AMERICAN EXPRESS Card for the first time.

2. Welcome offer reserved for anyone becoming an AIR FRANCE KLM — AMERICAN EXPRESS Cardholder for the first time, subject to receipt and acceptance of the application by American Express-Carte France between January 15, 2026, and December 31, 2026 inclusive (subject to extension or modification). You will receive a welcome bonus of 3,000 Flying Blue Miles on your Flying Blue account (within an average of 8 weeks) after spending a minimum of €500 during the first 3 months following the acceptance of your Card, in one or more transactions. This offer is valid provided you have been an AIR FRANCE KLM — AMERICAN EXPRESS SILVER Cardholder for at least 6 months. Welcome offer valid for your online spending and at all merchants accepting the AMERICAN EXPRESS Card. If a merchant does not charge you within this timeframe, the transaction made with that merchant may not be eligible for the offer. The following transactions are not eligible: membership fees, cash withdrawals, foreign currency purchases, ATM transactions, rejection fees, and late payment penalties. Welcome Flying Blue Miles may be withdrawn by American Express if eligible transactions are subsequently canceled or refunded. Please note that the average processing time for completed Card applications is around 5 to 7 business days (information provided for informational purposes only and not contractually binding).Offer is non-transferable and non-refundable in cash or any other means of payment. Transactions that are subsequently canceled or refunded will not be considered among the transactions eligible for the Offer. Flying Blue Miles are transferred to your Flying Blue account once a month and can occur up to 8 weeks after the first expense.

3. Voucher valid for 6 months from the date of subscription to your Card on all AIR FRANCE or KLM flights. Voucher valid for a minimum amount of €100 exclusing fees, taxes, and surcharges. Service fees, taxes, and surcharges remain your responsibility. This voucher, valid for one use only, is non-transferable, non-retroactive, and non-refundable. Offer valid at your AIR FRANCE agency, your usual travel agency (upon presentation of the coupon), or on the website www.airfrance.fr. You will receive it within 1 to 4 weeks after receiving your Card. The voucher is granted to cardholders subscribing to an AIR FRANCE KLM - AMERICAN EXPRESS Card for the first time.

4. Pay for Air France and KLM flights in 3 successive monthly installments of the same amount without any additional costs. Applicable for purchases of €50 or more, purchased through Air France, KLM and Transavia (including La Collection Air France website) or travel agencies (subject to conditions). To stagger the payment of your Air France, KLM and Transavia plane ticket paid for with your AIR FRANCE KLM – AMERICAN EXPRESS Card, this expense must be invoiced to your Card account (approximately 48 hours after your purchase). In the event of reimbursement by the airline, it is not possible to modify or stop the staggering program in progress. Option only available from your American Express customer area. Excluding American Express® app.To benefit from this option, remember to pay for your Air France, KLM and Transavia plane tickets (including La Collection Air France) with your AIR FRANCE KLM – AMERICAN EXPRESS Card up to 72 hours before your account statement date.

5. The extension of Miles held on the Flying Blue account is effective when the transfer of Miles earned through expenses made with the AIR FRANCE KLM - AMERICAN EXPRESS Card is made. This transfer takes place once a month and can take place up to 6 weeks after the first expense. For Elite Flying Blue members (Silver, Gold or Platinum), Miles always have an unlimited validity period, as long as the member maintains this status.

6. Your welcome bonus of 10 XP/30 XP will be credited within 3 weeks of receiving your Card. This bonus is valid provided you have been an AIR FRANCE KLM – AMERICAN EXPRESS GOLD Card/ AIR FRANCE KLM — AMERICAN EXPRESS PLATINUM Cardholder for at least 6 months. An additional bonus of 5 XP will be credited to your account once you have spent €5,000 with your AIR FRANCE KLM — AMERICAN EXPRESS GOLD Card/ AIR FRANCE KLM — AMERICAN EXPRESS PLATINUM Card. The maximum XP that can be credited to you is 40 XP/ 80 XP per year (including the annual bonus and spending bonuses). The 10 XP/ 30 XP bonus is awarded to cardholders who sign up for an AIR FRANCE KLM —  AMERICAN EXPRESS Card for the first time.

8. To benefit from this Pay with Miles feature, a minimum of 3,000 Miles are required. The expense to be reimbursed must be eligible and appear on your outstanding expenses. Your outstanding balance must not be in credit and the number of Miles to use cannot be greater than your Miles balance. The amount in euros credited in exchange for these Miles must be less than your outstanding spending (corresponding to the amount of your spending since your last statement). For the transaction to be taken into account on your next statement, your Miles conversion must be carried out at least 4 working days before the usual date of your account statement. The conversion of Flying Blue Miles is final. The eligible Cardholder expressly accepts that any choice to convert Flying Blue Miles will become final and enforceable upon final validation of the “I use my Miles” request. “Return or cancellation of a purchase”: if you cancel or decide to return your purchase to the merchant for a refund, this refund will be credited in euros corresponding to the amount of the refunded purchase, but your Flying Blue Miles balance will not be not credited back to your Flying Blue Account. 9. The free standard checked baggage benefit is reserved exclusively for AIR FRANCE KLM — AMERICAN EXPRESS GOLD/ PLATINUM cardholders. This benefit will be offered to you when you purchase an Air France or KLM plane ticket (short-haul and medium-haul flights) directly on the airfrance.com or klm.com website if you have registered your AIR FRANCE KLM — AMERICAN EXPRESS GOLD / PLATINUM Card as your payment method. This benefit is only added if baggage is not already included in the ticket or included through your Flying Blue status. Special baggage is not eligible. 10. As part of the recommendation of your AIR FRANCE KLM — AMERICAN EXPRESS Card, subject to acceptance of your sponsored person's file by American Express Card - France. You will receive bonus Miles for all approved referrals. Your Miles will be credited in the month following acceptance of your referral's Card. You can receive a maximum of 300,000 referral bonus miles per calendar year.

11. Welcome offer reserved for anyone becoming an AIR FRANCE KLM — AMERICAN EXPRESS Card holder for the first time, subject to receipt and acceptance of the file by American Express-Carte France from January 15, 2026, to March 31, 2026 inclusive (subject to extension or modification). You will receive a welcome bonus of 10,000 Flying Blue Miles in your Flying Blue account (within an average period of 8 weeks) after spending a minimum of €1,500 during the first 3 months (following acceptance of your Card, in one or more transactions). This offer is valid subject to being the holder of the AIR FRANCE KLM — AMERICAN EXPRESS GOLD Card for at least 6 months. Welcome offer valid for your online spending and at all merchants accepting the AMERICAN EXPRESS Card. This offer is valid subject to being the holder of the AIR FRANCE KLM – AMERICAN EXPRESS PLATINUM Card for at least 6 months. Welcome offer valid for your online spending and at all merchants accepting the AMERICAN EXPRESS Card.
