General Terms and Conditions for AIR FRANCE KLM – AMERICAN EXPRESS PRO Cards

(1) Welcome offer reserved for all Business Customers who are first-time AIR FRANCE KLM - AMERICAN EXPRESS PRO Cardholders:

subject to receipt and acceptance of the application by American Express-Card France from October 30, 2025, to January 28, 2026, included. 60,000 welcome Miles will be credited to your Flying Blue account when at least 7,000 euros are spent in the first three months following the acceptance of your card. 

The offer is only available to those with Cards issued in France and is valid for purchases made in euros (EUR). Offer not valid for transactions made via payment aggregators, online payment services, or Apple Pay.

This offer is valid for all AIR FRANCE KLM – AMERICAN EXPRESS GOLD PRO Card accounts opened up to and including January 28, 2026, and is valid subject to being a holder of the AIR FRANCE KLM – AMERICAN EXPRESS GOLD PRO Card for at least 6 months. The offer is non-transferable and non-refundable in cash or by any other means of payment. The annual fee is 300 euros. Rates valid as of 15/01/2025.

This offer is valid for all AIR FRANCE KLM – AMERICAN EXPRESS PLATINUM PRO Card accounts opened up to and including January 28, 2026, and is valid subject to being a holder of the AIR FRANCE KLM – AMERICAN EXPRESS PLATINUM PRO Card for at least 6 months.

The annual fee is 780 euros. Rates valid as of 15/01/2025.

The following transactions are not eligible: membership fees, cash withdrawals, currency purchases, ATM transactions, rejection fees, and late fees. Offer is non-transferable, non-refundable in cash, or any other form of payment. Welcome Miles may be withdrawn by American Express if eligible transactions are subsequently reversed or refunded.

(2) Pay with your Miles. Service provided with your AIR FRANCE KLM - AMERICAN EXPRESS PRO Card. A minimum of 3,000 Miles is required to use this service. Each euro spent on your company's behalf is debited to your business bank account and earns you Miles according to the scale below:

  • AIR FRANCE KLM - AMERICAN EXPRESS GOLD PRO:

€10 spent at Air France, KLM, Transavia, and Hertz = 15 Miles

€10 spent at other establishments = 5 Miles

  • AIR FRANCE KLM - AMERICAN EXPRESS PLATINUM PRO:

€10 spent at Air France, KLM, Transavia, and Hertz = 20 Miles

€10 spent at other establishments = 10 Miles

(3) Withdrawal made 4 days after the account closing date.

(4) The extension will be effective at the time of the monthly American Express debit. For Flying Blue Elite members (Silver, Gold, and Platinum), Miles are valid for an unlimited period as long as the member maintains this status.

(5) Carte PRO AIR FRANCE KLM - AMERICAN EXPRESS GOLD : 

Maximum annuel de 30 XP, bonus annuel compris. Votre bonus de XP sera crédité sur votre compte Flying Blue dans un délai de 1 à 6 mois, suivant la souscription de votre Carte, à la date anniversaire de votre compte-Carte American Express et chaque fois que vous atteindrez la tranche de dépenses nécessaire.

Carte PRO AIR FRANCE KLM - AMERICAN EXPRESS PLATINUM : 

Maximum annuel de 40 XP, bonus annuel compris. Votre bonus de XP sera crédité sur votre compte Flying Blue dans un délai de 1 à 6 mois,  suivant la souscription de votre Carte, à la date anniversaire de votre compte-Carte American Express et chaque fois que vous atteindrez la tranche de dépenses nécessaire.
