General conditions of sale Senior Pass
When you book your Senior fare ticket, we will ask for your card number. This number is the one indicated on the Senior Pass you received by email. In the event that a Senior cardholder wishes to book a ticket for someone else (including for a child or baby), online booking is not possible. The customer must contact our team at +33 (0)9 69 39 36 54 (toll-free), 7 days a week, from 8 am to 10 pm. Issuing fees realted to the sale of tickets by phone apply.
The Pass is non-refundable. However, in compliance with current regulations, we remind you that you are entitled to a right of withdrawal if your pass was purchased remotely (online or by phone).
The Senior Passholder may earn miles if they are also a member of the Flying Blue loyalty programme. This loyalty programme enables the customer to earn miles and enjoy many other advantages.
