General conditions of sale Weekend Pass

This pass (hereafter the “Weekend Pass”) is available for a fee. It is for personal use only, made out in the passholder’s name and non-transferable.  The Weekend Pass is valid for 1 year starting from the date the customer chooses to activate it. The activation date will be shown on the card. You must fill out a form to create this contract.

  • For Flying Blue members, or customers who wish to join this loyalty program, you can purchase the Pass online using the websitewww.airfrance.fr.
  • For customers who are not Flying Blue members and do not wish to join this loyalty program, you can purchase the Pass online by creating an Air France account.
  • It is possible to purchase the Pass at an Air France agency or a travel agency.

The Pass is available in digital form only. After its activation, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the Pass holder. The Weekend Pass is available for booking made from metropolitan France and reserved for customers aged 18 years and above. The Pass allows its holder to benefit up to 30% discount on Standard fares (excluding applicable service charges), subject to fare availability, on all flights in metropolitan France operated by Air France (as well as flights operated by Air Corsica between Paris and Corsica) and on certain Air France medium-haul routes (Germany, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Spain, Portugal, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, UK, Ireland, Russia, Armenia, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, Bulgaria, Poland, Czech Republic, Netherlands (Amterdam only), Serbia and Slovenia). Discounts are applied to the applicable fare conditions for each fare. To benefit from this discount, the trip must include at least one overnight stay on Friday or Saturday. The Weekend Pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or reduced fare. The Week End + Pass entitles the passholder to lower fees if they wish to change their ticket (free of charge) or get a refund (€20), and it also covers one item of hold luggage.  Fraudulent use of any kind of the Weekend Pass will result in the immediate cancelation of the Pass, without prejudice to any legal action that Air France might take.

In the event that a Weekend Passholder wishes to book a ticket for someone else (including for a child or baby), online booking is not possible. The customer must contact our team at +33 (0)9 69 39 36 54 (toll-free), 7 days a week, from 8am to 10pm. Issuing fees realted to the sale of tickets by phone apply.

The Pass is non-refundable. However, in compliance with current regulations, we remind you that you are entitled to a right of withdrawal if your pass was purchased remotely (online or by phone).

Your Week-End+ Pass is eligible for the right of withdrawal if it was purchased remotely (online or by phone). Per applicable legal provisions, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your pass (corresponding to its issuance date) to exercise your right of withdrawal. This right can be exercised without providing a reason or incurring penalties, except for any applicable issuance fees. If you would like to exercise your right of withdrawal and have already purchased reduced-fare tickets (not yet used) with the pass, you must first cancel all relevant bookings, subject to the applicable cancelation conditions for the tickets. If you have already used a reduced-fare ticket purchased with the pass, using the ticket constitutes a waiver of your right of withdrawal. You can exercise your right of withdrawal by completing thewithdrawal request form.

The Week-end Passholder may earn miles if they are also a member of the Flying Blue loyalty programme.  This loyalty programme enables the customer to earn miles and enjoy many other advantages. The applicable general terms and conditionscan be found on the airfrance.fr website.

Air France may collect and process any personal data recovered during use of the services available on its website, mobile website and mobile applications. Claims on the airfrance.fr website: the customer may submit a claim online by filling in the formor by calling +33 (0)9 69 39 36 54 (toll-free number), 7 days a week from 8 am to 10 pm. Claims for any purchases made in a travel agency: the Pass holder can contact the agency that sold the Pass.
