Bluebiz user guide

Enter your bluebiz number each time one of your employees books a trip with Air France, KLM, Transavia, Delta Airlines, China Eastern* or one of their partners. Once your company has reached the bluebiz threshold of €5,000 per calendar year (expenses incurred and recorded in your bluebiz account per calendar year), you will obtain all the corresponding blue credits in your account and the blue credits for subsequent trips. Please note that the threshold reset every January 1. 1 blue credit = 1 euro When credited to your account, your blue credits are valid for the current year and the following two years (for example, blue credits earned in February 2023 are valid until December 31, 2025). *Valid only on flights from France to Shanghai.

You can convert your earned blue credits at any time into Reward tickets, travel options or Discount Passes according to the simple ratio:

1 blue credit cumulated = 1 Euro.

Calculating your blue credits balance To determine how many blue credits you will earn on any given trip, you will need the three following elements:
